All I can say is… WOW!
If weve been doing the same things everyday all our lives and havent seen any change or improvement in our health, (which is the case with most people now) then obviously there is something wrong with what weve been doing. So, i guess the smart thing to do is to stop being sheep and start thinking for ourselves and start making those changes! As the old saying goes, “it doesnt hurt to try something new!”
